2c. Milk
4T. Butter
4 Beaten Eggs
1c. Flour
1t. Salt
2t. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter in saucepan, then let cook slightly.
In a separate dish combine eggs, flour, salt and baking powder and blend until smooth.
Combine both mixtures and cook on HOT grill (roll pan to even out crepe).
They cook very quickly!

Place on plate! Butter them and add favorite jelly or syrup, then roll them up! YUM

Definitely a family favorite!
