1 t. vanilla

½ t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla


Directions:

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour in bread pans. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
