12 oz cranberries
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 jalapeņos, minsed
1/4 cup fresh minced cilantro
2 TBS finely grated fresh ginger
2 TBS lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cranberries until finely chopped but not mushy.

Place cranberries in a bowl. Add onions, jalapeņesm cilantro leaves and ginger.

Add lemon juice and sugar & stir.

Cover with plastic wrap & refigerate overnight.

Can be served as plain salsa or served over cream cheese with crackers.
