3 c. frozen Hash Browns, thawed 6 eggs
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted 2 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the hash browns and butter, season with salt and pepper. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of greased non-stick muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Sprinkle browned sausage over hash browns. Top with the egg and cheese mixture. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until set.

These freeze very well.
