4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 ½ crushed almonds
2 tsp baking powder
2 ½ c. almonds (crushed - not too small)
4 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix oil and egg together and add mixture to dry ingredients.
Makes 3-4 loaves (flat). Bake at 350º F for 20 min.
Cool a little and cut loaves into pieces and put them back in the oven to dry and brown.
