1 boxed white cake mix
2 small package pistachio instant pudding mix
½ cup water
2 cups milk
½ cup oil, (not olive)
5 eggs
1-8 oz. container whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, beat together, cake mix, 1 package
pudding mix, water, ½ cup milk, oil and eggs. Pour into sprayed 13X9
cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool completely. In medium bowl, beat 2 minutes
1 package of pudding mix, 1½ cups milk. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate until
ready to serve. Serves 16.
