2 cups Make Ahead Cookie Mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Egg White
Nuts, finely chopped
Jam

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the Make Ahead Cookie Mix, sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg together. Mix with a mixer until a stiff dough forms. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls. Dip into egg whites and coat with finely chopped nuts.

Press a deep hole into center of each cookie with thumb and fill with 1/4 tsp. of jam.

Preheat oven to 375º and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 11 to 16 minutes.
