8 c. flour
4 c. warm water
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl put 2 tbsp of yeast in 1 cup of warm water and stir.
Let the yeast sit for 5-10 minutes until it starts to bubble.
Put flour in a bowl and mix in salt.
Add yeast mix to the flour then add the 4 cups of water 1 cup at a time.
Mix and let the ingredients sit for 40 min.
When you see that the dough has risen mix it again and let it sit another 40 min.

Fill half of a deep dish pan with oil and put it on high heat (8).
Pick up a lump of dough, stick a hole in it and let it stretch & gently place it in the pan to fry.
Fry until golden brown and place on a pan.

Enjoy with anchovies, honey or sugar and of course a glass of wine!
