5 hot sausage links
2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
1 large can tomato juice
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato paste
2 big packages spaghetti seasoning (zesty is best)
4-5 teaspoons of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot crumble sausage and brown. Add tomato juice, paste and crushed. Mix and bring to a simmer for about 30 minutes. Crumble ground beef and add spices and stir. This will need to simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Add sugar after an hour of simmering.
This makes enough to freez. I will usually add to zip lock bags.
