8 beaten eggs
6 bread slices, cubed
a dash of oregano
1 lb browned drained sausage pieces
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp (or less) salt

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, mix all ingredients together-it will be soupy.
Spray 9X13 pan with pan spray. Pour mixture into pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
