3 frozen chicken breasts
1 can green chilies
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can of spinach
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 green bell peppers (diced)
corn tortillas cut up (strips or triangles)
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and bell peppers. You are welcome to use any type or color onion and bell pepper.
Add all ingredients EXCEPT corn tortillas into crockpot.
Cook on high for 3 hours (stir once if able)
Switch heat to low. Remove chicken and shred.
Add shredded chicken and tortillas. Stir. Cook until tortillas are tender.
Top with shredded cheese and a little sour cream!

This is a recipe that I threw together on one of our cold Minnesota nights... it's thicker than an actual soup, but it is YUMMY! Made it several times that winter :)
