1C. Garlic Cloves peeled
¼C. Olive Oil
½ tsp. each of Black Pepper and chopped Fresh Thyme

6 Individual Pizza Shells (Small Pitas work well)
1/4 C. each of thinly sliced Green Pepper, Red Pepper and Onion
2 tbs. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbs. each of chopped Fresh Cilantro,  Fresh Basil, chopped Fresh Oregano and Sage
(feel free to change up the seasonings as desired)
½C. crumbled Goat Cheese
½C. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400ºF. Rub garlic with olive oil; place in small baking pan with remaining oil, pepper and thyme. Roast 15-20 mins. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Blend into a paste and spread sparingly onto each of the pizza shells.

Divide all remaining ingredients onto pizza shells. Bake 15-20 mins. or until crust is golden brown. Cut into quarters and arrange onto service tray.

This side can also be made into a main course by adding your favourite precooked meat.
