1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbl. Dijon mustard
2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo
3 cans (28 ounce) cannellini beans
Kosher salt
Freshly grated black pepper
10 bacon strips (cooked and cut into pieces)
3 to 4 rosemary sprigs

Preheat the oven to 350º.
Put the molasses, ketchup, mustard and chilies in a blender and puree.
Scrape that into a big bowl, add the beans, season with salt and black pepper and gently toss so that the beans are coated with the molasses mixture, mixing the bacon in it too.
Place that into a 9 by 13 baking dish and spread evenly.
Place the rosemary sprigs on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
