1-2 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons flour
½ cup milk (or more)
1 can of mushroom soup
Leftover chicken cut up (or pre-cooked chicken strips cut up)
Frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1-2 tablespoons butter on stove top and add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to make paste
Add milk in small increments until it is thickening
Add one can of cream of mushroom soup-may need to add a smidge more milk if too thick
Add leftover chicken cut up- as much or a little as you want
Add frozen peas- as much or as little as you want
Let heat through and serve over toast!!
