1 ½ cups of whole wheat pastry flour (regular WW flour if you don't have the pastry flour)
1 cup regular rolled oats
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 ½ - 2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients and pour into dry ingredients.

Pour by 2/3 cupfuls onto hot waffle iron. (For regular round waffle iron) Use 2/3 cup in each half of a Belgium waffle iron.
