6 large Yukon gold potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Kosher salt
Freshly grated black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Slice the potatoes into long pieces to resemble a French fry shape.
In a bowl mix the potatoes, oil, salt and pepper together.
Oil a baking sheet and spread the potatoes on it.
Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp.
Add the parmesan cheese and paprika and cook another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
