1/4 cup basalmic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp worcester sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 lbs meat (London broil)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly score meat in diamond pattern each side.
Mix all marinade ingredients together.
Place meat in ziploc bag. Pour marinade. Squish together getting in all creases.
Marinade in fridge 2-3 or up to 24 hours.
20-30 mins before cooking remove meat from fridge to come to room temp.
Cook in broiler or grill 5-7 mins per side- depending on thickness.

We have not tried this on anything other than red meat but I can see it tasting SO yummy on chicken as well!
