2 c Monterey/Colby shredded Cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 lb sausage
1 large crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Layer crescent rolls in 9x13 dish. Brown and drain sausage then layer on top of crescent rolls. Next layer cheese. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the layers. Bake 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.

Dish that folks ask me to bring to work pot luck meals. Good to eat in the morning as well as a supper dish. You can layer the crescent rolls, sausage, and cheese, put in fridge over night. Add egg/milk mixture the next morning and bake. Ready to eat!
