2-3 Tbsp. Canola Oil
2 lbs. Top Sirloin Steak
2-3 large peppers (can use green, red, or orange), cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into slices
1 28 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 14.5 oz. can of tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Sugar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 Cups Minute Rice

Directions:

Cut top sirloin steak into strips, peppers into chunks, and onion into slices. Heat oil in a large 12 ounce pan (preferably with a lid) and add steak and onions to the hot pan.

When steak is browned and onion is translucent, add both cans of tomato sauce, peppers, and spices. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low to medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thicker and peppers are soft.

Serve over rice.
