2 cups white sugar
¾ cup milk
1½ T. cocoa
⅛ tsp. salt
1 T. butter
½ tsp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, on medium heat, combine sugar and milk, cook until bubbly and add cocoa. Boil and stir constantly until, a drop of mixture in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Set in cold water and beat until proper consistency. Frosting should remain soft so don’t beat too long. Frost cake. Will frost 13X9, 2 layers, and 24 cupcakes.
