1 package of dry, pressed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 cup of crushed cornflakes
1 package of light cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
1 package of noodles
2 cups of milk
4 T of brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and set mixture aside.
Cook noodles, rinse with cool water and drain.
Add margarine and milk to noodles.
Mix half of cheese mixture with noodles.
Place in 9X13 pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese mixture on top of kugel.
Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
Add crushed cornflakes with brown sugar and spread on top of kugel.
Bake another 30 minutes.
