5 c fine diced apple
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1.75 oz gelatin

Directions:
Coat and toss all together. Let sit 30 min. Mix well in juices. Put in saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Ladle jam into clean jars and seal with lids. Cool for 2 hours before freezing.
