2 c complete pancake and waffle mix
1⅓ c water
½ c uncooked oatmeal
1 ripe mashed banana
¼ c chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir pancake mix with water until smooth.
2. Add oatmeal, banana and walnuts.
3. Fry pancakes on a greased, heated griddle until golden brown.
4. Serve hot with maple syrup and berries.
