1 Large Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 Pkg Fresh Mushrooms
1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 Pkgs. Mozzarella Cheese Slices
Lasagna Noodles
Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Large Container Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Garlic

Preheat Oven to 350º
Boil lasagna noodles till done. (9 pieces). Fry the sausage, mushrooms, and onions. Add spaghetti sauce and spices. Layer ingredients starting with small amount of sauce in the bottom of the pan. Add noodles, cottage cheese, sauce mixture, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese. Repeat. Top with noodle, sauces, and parmesan cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes or until heated through.
