9.5 oz can Salted Cashews
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Corn Syrup
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a cookie sheet by greasing well with butter and set aside. Stir together cashews, sugar and corn syrup in a 2 quart glass measuring cup with handle. Microwave , uncovered, on high until mixture is light brown, About 6-8 minutes, stirring half way through. Use oven mitts to remove from microwave and stir in butter and vanilla. Return to microwave, on high, for 1 1/2- 2 minutes. The mixture should become caramel colored. Remove mixture and stir in baking soda. Stir quickly and thoroughly until the mix is light and foamy. Spread the mixture out on cookie sheet as quickly as possible. Cool completely and break into pieces.
