1 1/2 lbs top round beef (cut thin 1 1/2 inch strips)
1 16 oz package of 1/2 inch egg noodles, follow directions on package
Sauce:
2 T grated onion
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 T butter
2 T tomato paste
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c sour cream
2 T flour mixed with 4 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a hot skillet. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, combine ingredients for sauce over medium heat. Add browned meat to sauce and cook over low heat 40 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
