1 c Pecans
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Butter- not margarine
1/2 c Milk Chocolate Chips

Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Spread pecans in bottom of an. In small sauce pan boil butter and sugar together for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not let scorch. Skim any unincorporated butter from top. Pour over pecans. Top with chocolate chips and spread them until melted using wooden spoon.
