Requires a PITZELLE maker!!!!

6 eggs
1½ c sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
½ c oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp anise extract (or Anise seeds if you like seeds)
3 tsp orange juice

Beat eggs well; add sugar and beat. Add butter and oil. Add dry ingredients a little at a time. Add flavoring and mix until smooth. Drop by ½ tsp full onto hot iron.

**Be sure to clip handles for a thin pitzelle.
