Butterball Turkey

Reynolds Oven Bag

Tablespoon Flour

Directions:
Directions:
-The best way to roast a turkey is in a Reynolds Oven Bag. You don’t get a pretty, brown turkey with crispy skin but the tradeoff is an evenly cooked, very moist and flavorful turkey
-Follow the directions that come with the bag, you can’t miss having a great bird

(Hints: Reynolds suggests cutting up a medium onion and two or three stalks of celery and
placing them in the bottom of the bag. I tried it and it makes the turkey even better)

Don’t forget to put a tablespoon of flour in the bag as directed, it keeps the bag from expanding
and bursting open in the oven!
