2 cups sugar
⅔ cup evaporated milk
½ cup margarine
12 regular sized marshmallows
10 to 11 ounces cherry chips (1 package)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounces milk chocolate chips
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup salted peanuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, and margarine in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes stirring the entire time.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows, cherry chips and vanilla.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch lightly greased pan and let cool.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and add peanut butter and chopped peanuts.
Mix together well and spread over the cherry mixture and chill in fridge until set.

You can use chunky peanut butter instead of chopping the nuts.
