12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup butter
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
½ cup evaporated milk, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl melt chips and butter in
microwave, one minute at a time, stirring until smooth.
Cool completely. Blend in sugar and milk. Beat on
medium speed 1 minute. Add more milk if necessary.
Use as filling and frosting for 2- 8 or 9 inch round cake
layers, 24 cupcakes or one 13X9 inch cake.
