4 fresh tuna steaks (about 1 lb total)
2 medium dill pickles (4-5 T chopped)
4 small sweet pickles, chopped
2 T Sweet Jalapeno pickles (Cowboy Candy), chopped
1 T pickled ginger or 1 tsp fresh, chopped
Best Foods Mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grill or fry the tuna until just cooked through (a little pink is ok). When cool enough to handle, roughly chop.

Add pickles, ginger and egg. Add mayonnaise to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.

Fresh ginger is very strong; pickled ginger is preferred.

If fresh tuna is not available, use frozen Ahi.
