1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 T. sugar
1 cake yeast or 2 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all dry ingredients and cut in lard as for pie dough. Add crumbled yeast, eggs, and milk. Mix well. Shape into ball and chill overnight. Roll dough on board and use granulated sugar to roll dough on. Cut into squares and fill with preferred filling. Fold over opposite corners and bake in hot oven 400º for 10 minutes. Shake sifted confectioners' sugar over when taken out of oven.
