1 Pkg. Mini Phyllo Shells
4 TBSP. English Walnuts (heaping) Chopped
2 TBSP. Butter
2 TBSP. Brown Sugar (packed)
2 TBSP. Honey
Pinch of Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place phyllo cups on cookie sheet.
2. Crush walnuts (place in a ziplock bag and give a few rollovers with a rolling pin)
3. Put butter and brown sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds until butter is melted. Stir mixture together.
4. Stir in walnuts, pinch of cinnamon and the honey until everything is sticky and well combined.
5. Evenly fill phyllo cups with walnut mixture. About a heaping teaspoon per cup, fill cups as full as you can.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Some of the mixture might ooze out of the sides, this is fine.
7. After removing from oven, let cool on cookie sheet. Garnish with additional broken walnutsl.
8. Enjoy!!!

This wonderful recipe was given to me by my dear neighbor Grace Angotti. This dessert was a big hit at the open house given to celebrate Doug's return from the wilds of Canada and the halls of many hospitals!!!
