6 POTATOES, PEELED, CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
2 ONIONS, CHOPPED
1 CARROT, SLICED
1 STALK OF CELERY, SLICED
4 CHICKEN BOULION CUBES
1 TABLESPOON PARSLEY FLAKES
5 CUPS OF WATER
1 TEASPOON SALT, PEPPER
1/3 CUP OF BUTTER 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN CROCK-POT, COVER AND COOK ON LOW 10 TO 12 HOURS. IF DESIRED, MASH POTATOES WITH MASHER BEFORE SERVING

IF COOKING ON HIGH, PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN CROCK POT, EXCEPT EVAPORATED MILK. COOK ON HIGH 3 TO 4 HOURS, STIR IN EVAPORATED MILK DURING LAST HOUR.
