30 LARGE TOMATOES (SCALDED, PEELED AND QUARTERED)
3 LARGE ONIONS
3 BELL PEPPERS
3 RED PEPPERS
6 JALAPENOS
2 GREEN CHILLIES
3 TBS SALT
1 TSP CUMIN
4 - 8 CLOVES GARLIC
2 LARGE CANS OF TOMATO PASTE
1 - 2 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP VINEGAR

Directions:
Directions:
GRIND ALL OF ABOVE EXCEPT TOMATOES
MIX TOGETHER AND BOIL ½ TO 1 HOUR
POUR INTO HOT JARS AND SEAL
MAKES APPROXIMATELY 9 - 15 PINTS. MED TO HOT
