2 lbs Velveeta cheese
milk, as needed
2 T CHOPPED ONION
one small jar Jalapeņo peppers, chopped/diced (or you can use a couple of peppers sliced and seeded and chopped)
a little pimento chopped
Worcestershire SAUCE, to taste
2 drops tabasco sauce
garlic salt, to taste
small can whole tomatoes, chopped up and drained
Alternative: substitute Ro-tel tomatoes (drained) for jalapeņos and can of tomatoes.

Add all ingredients to sauce pan or crockpot. Heat thoroughly, add more milk as needed and serve with tortilla chips.
