Mexican Snack Casserole

2 CANS REFRIED BEANS W/SAUSAGE
12 OUNCE GRATED CHEESE (HALF CHEDDAR HALF JACK)
2 CANS (10 OZ) CHUNK WHITE CHICKEN - FLAKED
1 (4 OZ) CAN CHOPPED RIPE OLIVES
3 - 4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED FINE
1 RECIPE GUACAMOLE

USE A 9 X 13 PAN
SPREAD REFRIED BEANS IN BOTTOM OF PAN
COVER WITH CHICKEN AND PAT DOWN
SPRINKLE 2/3 CHEESE AND PAT DOWN
SPRINKLE BLACK OLIVES
SPRINKLE 2/3 GREEN PEPPER
SPRINKLE 2/3 OF GREEN ONIONS AND PAT ALL INGREDIENTS DOWN.
SPREAD ENTIRE AMOUNT OF GUACAMOLE EVENLY OVER TOP
MIX REMAINING 1/3 OF CHEESE , OLIVES, GREEN PEPPER, AND ONIONS. SPRINKLE OVER TOP OF GUACAMOLE AND SERVE WITH CHIPS.

2 RIPE TOMATOES,CHOPPED FINE
2 - 3 T LEMON JUICE
GARLIC POWDER
SALT & PEPPER
1 - 2 t CHILLI POWDER
3 T CHILI SALSA

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND CHILL.
