Jalapeno slices
Dried apricots
Bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Line baking sheet with foil.
Atop each bacon half slice place an apricot slice and jalapeno slice. Fold up ends of bacon and secure with toothpick.
Bake 45 minutes.
