Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
2 T. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Middle:
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese softened..
1 envelope of whipped topping mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding (large size)
1 c. milk

Top:
1 6 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
2 cps. boiling water
2 10 oz. pkgs of frozen raspberries
8 oz.Cool Whip
Chopped pecans

Directions:

Crust:
Mix crust ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
DO NOT over bake or it gets hard.

Mix middle ingredients cream cheese, whipped topping mix, pudding, milk till blended.
Spread over baked crust.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add frozen raspberries and mix lightly.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Cover with cool whip and chopped pecans before serving.
