2 c flour
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c buttermilk
1/3 c butter
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F.

Grease bottom of 9X5 loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, baking sugar, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased pan.

Baked for 35 - 45 minutes. Store in fridge.
