1 3/4 cups of all purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of kosher salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3-4 mashed bananas
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup or more of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat an 11 3/4”X5 5/58”X3 3/16” loaf pan with non-stick baking spray
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl
Whisk eggs, sugar, bananas, and oil in a large bowl until smooth
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir just until combined and add chocolate chips
Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top

Bake until tester or toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. 60-70 minutes

Can be frozen once cooled
