6 quart basket baby corn cobs
1 cup white viengar
1 cup white sugar
Salt
Turmeric

Directions:

Select corn cobs when they first begin to form (field corn is better for this).
Peel and add to boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from water and pack on ends in pint jars.
Add 1 tsp salt and pinch of turmeric to each jar. Cover with hot syrup and seal.

Syrup
1 cup vinegar to every 1 cup sugar to make desired amount.
Bring to boil and cover cobs.
6 pints will need 8 ½ to 9 cup vinegar and the same of sugar.
