1 + Cups of flour
8 cups of soup broth

Directions:

2 eggs & a pinch of salt beaten
1 cup of flour or more…keep adding until makes a dough that can be rolled out fairly thinly.
Cut into long thin slices.
Drop into boiling soup and cook until noodles float to the top.
Grandma always put them in Lipton's Chicken noodle soup but Aunt Ann sometimes made them in beef soup.
