8 cups zucchini, chopped
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

1 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour zucchini and lemon juice into saucepan. Cook covered 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until dissolved. Pour into 9 X 13 greased pan.

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the zucchini. Bake at 375º for 45-50 minutes.
