1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage (hannafords sweet Italian sausage patties). Any kind if you’re not Mom.
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup milk
1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic (dried works well)
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1⁄2 cup grated parmesan

DIRECTIONS
Mix the bread crumbs with the milk and let sit while you get the remaining ingredients together.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
Use your bare hands for best results.
Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball. (wet your hands to prevent the meat from sticking to them while rolling the meat balls). Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then drop them into your sauce and simmer for an hour.
