1 lb. dates, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. rice crispies
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook dates, sugar, butter and egg for 8 minutes. Cool slightly, add remaining ingredients (except coconut). With buttered hands, shape into walnut sized balls. Roll in coconut. Store in a closed container. Refrigerate.
