2 Tbsp. Smokey Spanish Paprika
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
½ Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Oregano, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine paprika, salt, sugar, brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, celery salt and oregano in bowl; mix well.

For a smoother rub, puree ingredients in a spice grinder until well combine and all pieces are uniform (the rub will be very fine and tan in color). This step is important if making Sweet. and Spicy BBQ Glaze.

Extra rub can be stored in a airtight container for up to 6 months.
