3 to 4 lbs. Chuck Roast
2 med. Onions, chopped
2 cloves. Garlic, minced
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 cup. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Paprika
2 cups. Water
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in a roasting pa and add all ingredients.

Roast at 350º for 4 hours. Remove meat from pan; take off excess fat and gristle.

Shred beef with fork and return the meat to the pan. Place pan back into the onion and continue to cook for 1 hour.

Spoon onto hamburger buns and serve.
