4 (6-oz) skinned and boned chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup balsamic vnegar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt butter with oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, cook 6-7 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken and keep warm.Add chicken broth and next 4 ingredients to skillet, cook 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring to loosen articles from bottom of skillet. Serve chicken with sauce.

**Easy side option - stir together 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta, cooked according to package directions and add 1/4 cup pesto. sprinkler with parm cheese.
